Please note that the following Terms and Conditions apply to all tours and services provided by Jobson Safaris in Tanzania and Zanzibar. We request you to read carefully before doing any booking so you can be aware of the operating modalities.

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, such as a valid visa and passport, for their trip. Any costs or issues related to obtaining these documents are the traveler's responsibility.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking of 30% of the total package price at the time of the booking, with the remaining balance due can be paid in two weeks before the arrival date or pay Cash in hand on Arrival before the start of the tour. Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, and cash.

If the total price is less than 1000 USD or booking is received less than 20 days before your arrival date, full payment is required.

You will be informed by e-mail when you need to pay the balance of your booking which is 20 days before your departure date.

All Prices quoted on Jobson Safaris are in USD ($) and per person. All payments and refunds are due in Dollars. Jobson Safaris is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.

Prices are subject to change based on factors such as currency fluctuations, government taxes, and supplier costs. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler prior to their trip. Any increase due to changes in government laws, i.e. tax changes will be added to the invoice.

The itinerary and routes are subject to change based on factors such as weather, road conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Jobson Safaris reserves the right to make changes to the tour to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all travelers.

Please notice that in the case of changes of flights, the passenger is responsible for any additional costs that become payable as a result of such changes.

Jobson Safaris reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. Travelers who do not wish to be featured in promotional materials should inform the tour guide.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of tour booked. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined here;

Cancellation of packages

• For cancellations received up to 25 calendar days before the scheduled departure, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.

• For cancellations received 15 -24 calendar days before the scheduled departure date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

• For cancellations received 7 -14 calendar days before the scheduled departure date a 60% cancellation fee will be charged.

• For cancellations received within 7 calendar days before the scheduled departure date 80% cancellation fee will be charged.

If you need to make a change to your tour arrangement you must send us a notification via email at least 3 weeks before departure. It is FREE of charge

It is recommended that all travelers have travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation. Jobson Safaris is not liable for any costs or losses incurred during the tour.

We strongly recommend to all of our clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to meet any contingencies.

Jobson Safaris respects the privacy of all travelers and complies with data protection regulations. Traveler information will only be used for communication purposes related to the tour.

Joining Safaris comprise of clients with different interests agreed to travel with others looking for safari Experience in Africa. Price varies between clients on joining Safari depending on some other activities or date they booked so you better not disclose joining safari prices to other clients. Treating other clients with respect, love and captivating spirit is the key in joining Safaris and it is highly encouraged.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and signed booking form. Changes to bookings, such as dates or the number of travelers, may be subject to additional charges.
